Wallace Eugene "Wally" Wingert is an American actor, voice actor, singer, and former radio personality who provided the voices of Oskar Kokoshka and Mr. Hyunh in Hey Arnold! The Jungle Movie. Some of his voice roles include being the voice of Jon Arbuckle in The Garfield Show, Almighty Tallest Red from Invader Zim, BanchoLeomon from Digimon Data Squad, Hank Pym/Ant-Man/Giant-Man from The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, and the announcer for both the infamous Jay Leno Show and the equally infamous second incarnation of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
