"Torvald's Mother" (real name unknown) is a fictional character in the Hey Arnold! TV Series.
Biography[]
Torvald's mother and has higs regards for him, she doesn't expect much from her son Torvald; she is happy with any of his achievements and always believes in him, when Torvald once got a "C", she put it on the refrigerator. In the episode "Tutoring Torvald" she worked in a fast food restaurant selling chicken wings, and in the episode "Teachers' Strike" she was at the cash point in the Corner Store. Torvald deeply cares about his mothers' faith in him and agrees to work hard with Arnold just to bring happiness to her.
