As Arnold's bike is stopped by the fresh asphalt a couple other stranded bikes can be seen as well.
Cultural References[]
Mud Man's Revenge II appears to be parodying the infamous 1953 sci-fi movie Robot Monster. Mud Man itself appears to resemble Ro-Man (the titular monster from the movie); however, the differences between Mud Man and Ro-Man are quite obvious, Mud Man has a giant singular eye and a visible mouth along with two antennae on its head, while Ro-Man has a helmet with 2 antenna connected to the head. Mud Man also picks up a woman, which also happens in Robot Monster.
Plot similarities[]
This episode is similar to the SpongeBob SquarePants episode Best Day Ever, where SpongeBob has a similar list of fun activities for the day, but nothing goes as planned.
The part where Arnold sneaks into the theatre and wrecks it has similar scenes in "Popcorn Pandemonium" from Rocko's Modern Life and "At The Movies" from Rugrats. One possibility to this is all three probably having some of the same crew members.
Popcorn Pandemonium even contains references to Robot Monster.
This episode is similar to "Friday the 13th", meaning that both episodes focus on a bad day.
