Technically, Stinky probably isn't legally allowed to sign contracts. Stinky is under 18, making him a minor. In most cases, minors are not allowed to sign contracts without the signature of a parent or guardian. It's possible that his parents would have signed once he did, but the contract only shows one line.
The agent says, "there must be 2000-3000 kids in line to audition", but the auditorium is almost empty throughout, and the numbers for each audition were shown to only go up to about 248, instead of showing any higher numbers closer to 2000-3000.
The agent also somehow notices Stinky didn't audition, which is impressive to remember all the supposed thousands of kids who auditioned.
