Snappy is a fictional animal character in the Hey Arnold! TV Series.
It is Stinky's pet turtle. Sid and Stinky attempted to use it as an April Fool's Day prank and left in the girls bathroom, but it got flushed down the toilet by Helga. It later appeared in the gym's swimming pool, leading Sid and Stinky to wonder where the pool water comes from.
