Siobhan Andrews is a fictional character in the Hey Arnold! TV Series.
She is an incredibly smart third grader, who replaced Phoebe as the six grade girls' patsy in the episode "Phoebe Skips".
In the chapter book "Arnold's E-Files" Siobhan becomes Arnold's secret pen pal under the e-mail name MensaMiss. She's bossed around by Mary Margaret, a sixth-grade girl.
In "Gerald's Game", she is one of the kids who are playing The King Rules at Big Gino's hideaway. At the gathering, she is dressed up as a princess.
