Shelley is a fictional character in the Hey Arnold! TV Series.

She's the school nurse of P.S. 118 and also happens to be Sheena's aunt. She also appears to be the nanny watching baby Rhonda during the park scene in "The Journal".

Trivia

Her exact relation to Sheena, whether biological or marital is unknown. Similar to how Earl looks a lot Sheena's dad, Shelley looks a lot like Sheena's mom--and given how Sheena resembles her mom more than her dad, it's likely that Shelly is Sheena's biological aunt by way of being her mom's sister.
Shelley has some similarities to Lois Foutley from As Told by Ginger. They both have curly red hair and they both work as nurses--though Lois works (primarily) in a traditional hospital setting while Sheena works (primarily) in a school.
