Sandy is a fictional character in the Hey Arnold! TV Series.
Biography[]
In the episode "Summer Love", Sandy is Summer's boyfriend and manager. They planned to win the sandcastle competition so that Summer could appear in the popular TV show "Babewatch", and then Sandy could manage her TV career after finding fame. After discovering Arnold was good at building sand castles, Summer coerced Arnold into entering them both into the sandcastle building contest.
However, their plan was ruined by Helga after catching Sandy and Summer talking about their scheme and kissing each other. In the end, Arnold dumped Summer and selected Helga as his partner in the contest. In a last desperate attempt, Sandy teamed with Summer for the sand castle contest, but were soundly beaten by Arnold and Helga. Afterwards, Sandy was elbowed in the stomach after trying to comfort a dismayed Summer while Arnold and Helga appeared in The TV show "Babewatch."
