- Hillwood has a "Statue of Justice" in its harbor, where Eugene was once rescued from. The Statue of Justice is an obvious parallel to the Statue of Liberty. The "Statue of Justice" never appeared in the show; however, the Statue of Liberty appears alongside several cartoon depictions of New York City landmarks in "Married" during Helga's dream.
- Dinoland has the world’s highest roller coaster, according to Helga.
- The scene of Eugene riding the roller coaster again while being stuck is played over the credits.
- When Sid tells everyone that they’re gonna have fun at Dinoland, Harold says “You said a mouthful pal.” This is the second time that he says it. The first time he says it is in "What's Opera, Arnold?" after Gerald says that opera is boring.
- At the end of the episode when Arnold shouts Eugene's name when Eugene is stuck in the roller coaster was a reused voice clip from Eugene's Bike.
- Irony: After Arnold, Eugene and Lucky are rescued from the roller coaster, Eugene ends up stuck on the roller coaster again as it rides around.
