Phillip Van Dyke

Phillip (at the time of voicing Arnold)

Phillip Glenn Van Dyke (born June 13, 1984) is an American voice actor who played the main character Arnold in Hey Arnold! during Season 2 and Season 3. He is best known for playing role of Luke from Halloweentown and Halloweentown 2: Kalabar's Revenge.

He later returned to the show to voice Ludwig, a 5th grade bully, and Summer's boyfriend Sandy.
