Peter is a fictional character in the Hey Arnold! TV Series.
He’s Robert Simmons' partner who debuted in "Arnold's Thanksgiving". He makes cameos throughout season 4 and 5. He has a non-speaking appearance in The Jungle Movie.
Personality[]
Not much is known about Peter. He seems to have a bit of a temper, and is embarrassed by the idea of public speaking. He also has an intense dislike of both Joy, and Robert's mother, Pearl.

Peter is tall, tan, and wears a red sweater with blue jeans and sandals. He has a blond mustache and short blond hair.
