Harold's last name is revealed to be Berman while Curly's real first name is revealed to be Thaddeus.

When the class burst out of the classroom, Arnold stops and starts to feel bad for Mr. Simmons as his teacher stares at the school's window sad and heartbroken.
This episode establishes that Miss Slovak has quit teaching to pursue a career as a professional golfer, but through deviations between production order and airing order, "Runaway Float", "Crush on Teacher", "Teachers' Strike" and "Biosquare" held over from Season 1 and "Arnold Saves Sid" from Season 2 were aired after that episode, creating continuity errors in the airing order.
When the class began acting up and not obeying Mr. Simmons the kids were missing out on how much fun they would have and the new things that the class would learn with Mr. Simmons in later episodes. The class stop obeying Mr. Simmons once again and leave the classroom while they were stranded in school in '"The Flood".
