Mrs. Uberman is a Hey Arnold! fictional character voiced by Joey Paul Jensen and seen in "Teachers' Strike" where she quits P.S. 118 during the teachers' strike and works at the city aquarium although Arnold and his friends try to find a place where there's no teachers.
