Hey, there. A user by the name of Blitzboy01 has proposed the idea of refining images from the show for articles. I believe he means drawing over them digitally. I'm opposed to the idea, as I think only actual material should be used, but I'm wonder how you feel about it. I think it would work just fine to get higher-quality images from the show. As evidenced by recent additions to Coach and Tish Wittenberg's articles, there are certainly high-quality images available.
Alright, I just wanted to make sure not to make the decision without consulting you. I know Jfgoofy has had encounters with this editor, related to some images that they uploaded, and Jfgoofy removed. I'm unable to find them, however, so I'm not sure if it was the same issue. I should probably send him a message, too, just in case.
Edit: looks like that was the issue Jfgoofy was dealing with, and it appears that we are all in agreement.
Hey, Upgrader. I plan on writing up a list of guidelines for this wiki, on article formats, mature content, and other such things. When I'm done we can discuss it in more detail, but I was wondering if you had any thoughts on the way things should be done hereabouts. Any suggestions are appreciated. I just wanted to keep the other active admins in on the plan. Communication is important for keeping things in order, so I thought that you may at least like to know about my plan. Thanks!
I don't know, would that really be necessary? The Episode and Movie tabs were created because articles were too cluttered with trivia, images, goofs all in the same page. But for the characters, I don't see many pages cluttered. Right now, I think only Arnold, Gerald, Helga, Phoebe, Grandpa and Grandma have subpages.
Hey, there. First, I wanted to thank you for your hard work on expanding articles. I appreciate the time you spend on here. And, because of that and other factors, I'd like to invite you to become an admin. All that would entail is that you try to spot, say, inappropriate comments or dourble redirects, and you would then have the power to fix them without having to ask Jfgoofy or I. I think you brind a lot of desirable skills to the table, and from my experience, you're very easy to work with. Whaddya say?
Yes, I accept. I'm on vacation and have a lot of free time right now, so that's why I've been editing so much lately. (Adding images and credits doesn't take that long tbh. A lot of the images I've added I already had saved, but hadn't uploaded them.) I might slow down after classes restart in January, but sure, I'll help you keep an eye on this wiki.
Hey there, I was wondering if you'd like to give me some advice, or maybe help with the format of the season pages. I want to list both production and airdate order, but I'm sure how to go about it. Any help would be appreciated.
Well, I'm not sure how to list both, but I know how to add airdates and production codes to the pages.
I've gathered a bunch of production codes from materials posted on the internet, and put them on a table, like I did with the staff member credits. If you want, I can add them now so you see how it looks.
I read your message on Hellerick's page when I was leaving a message, and I couldn't help notice that on my copy of the Hey Arnold! Complete Series, and the individual seasons, Parent's Day is indeed contained within Season 5, not 4. I'm not sure if you have an even earlier copy and later on down the road they corrected the error, or perhaps something else, but I just thought it might be helpful to inform you of this.
