Louis C. Gallegos is a storyboard artist, author and revisionist who worked on Hey Arnold! as an assistant storyboard artist during Season 4 and Season 5. Currently he is a storyboard revisionist on Family Guy. He also a written amd illustrated a graphic novel called "The Wandering Schoolgirl".
