Katherine Whitton "Kathy" Baker (born June 8, 1950) is an American stage, film, and TV actress who provided the voice for Dr. Bliss. Some of her most well known roles include Joyce in Edward Scissorhands, Dr. Jill Brock in Picket Fences, and Bev Rink in 13 Going On 30.
