Jesse "Jess" Harnell is an American actor who provided the voice for the Film Narrator in Sid and Germs. Some of his best known roles include Crash Bandicoot in the Crash Bandicoot video game series, Wakko Warner in Animaniacs, Ironhide in the Transformers film series, and Chilly in Doc McStuffins.
