Helga appears on the show "Revis and Jackie Lee", which is a reference to the popular 1988-2000 American syndicated morning talk show Live! with Regis and Kathie Lee. Revis and Jackie Lee are both caricatures of the real hosts. On this particular episode, Jackie Lee is voiced by Kathie Lee Gifford, the host of the real show, and the person she's a parody of.
The magazine Helga is ripping pictures out of is called Vague, this is a parody of the popular fashion magazine Vogue.
The reporter's microphone says "E3". A reference possibly to Entertainment Tonight. "E3" also the term used for the Electronic Entertainment Expo, an annual video game convention in California.
