Helga's House is where Helga and her parents live. The house is three stories, has at least three bedrooms, and is a lot bigger than it looks. The interior layout of the house remains mostly consistent throughout the series, with the first floor featuring a foyer, a large kitchen with a breakfast nook, a dining room, and large living room that serves as both the TV room and trophy room. In Hey Arnold! The Movie, the family room has wood paneling on the walls, while in the episodes, it has either paint or wallpaper. The house was likely built in the 1920s or 1930s based on various design cues, but has been thoroughly renovated over the years; It is unknown when Bob and Miriam bought the house, but if the series timeline is to be followed, they have lived there since at least the late 1980s. The second floor is home to Helga's bedroom and Olga's bedroom, as well as a full bathroom. The master bedroom, with it's own bathroom (as seen in "The Beeper Queen") is likely located on the third floor. In a few episodes, Helga is shown to have access to the attic through a trapdoor in her closet ceiling; She keeps her shrine to Arnold in the attic, and it is possible that hers and Olga's rooms are on the third floor while the master suite is on the third floor. Olga's bedroom has a fireplace, while a fireplace is not visible in the family room. In "Arnold's Halloween", the house is shown to have a garage in the backyard, but in "Big Bob's Crisis", it has a small backyard and no garage.

As of Hey Arnold! The Jungle Movie, it seems that the Patakis lost their home to foreclosure and currently live in Big Bob's Beepers, because beepers have become obsolete and Bob isn't making enough money to pay the mortgage.
