Future Tech Industries (For short: FTI) was a big development corporation, which specialized in urban renewal projects commanded by Alphonse Perrier du von Scheck. which one of his goals was to destroy Arnold's neighborhood to create a shopping mall. The corporation is in a giant tower with three floors that goes through the clouds, and near a lake with some boats.
Later, after Arnold and Gerald showed a video of Scheck burning the document about the tomato incident, the neighborhood was declared a landmark and Scheck was arrested, causing the corporation to shut down.
