Earl is a fictional character in the Hey Arnold! TV Series.
He is Sheena's uncle. He runs an informal passenger ferrying service to Elk Island. Ironically, despite his profession, he can't swim ("Buses, Bikes, and Subways").
Known for his 'catchphrase' of sorts: "Arrr." (He talks like a pirate). Never seen without his yellow fisherman gear. Earl also appears to be blind on the left eye.

- His exact relation to Sheena, whether biological or marital is unknown. It should be noted that he shares some physical similarities with Sheena's father, indicating that Earl is Sheena's biological uncle possibly by way of being her dad's brother.
