Christopher Mason "Chris" Savino (born October 2, 1971) is an American animator who has worked on several Nickelodeon (such as Rocko's Modern Life), Cartoon Network (such as Dexter's Labratory, Samurai Jack and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends) and Disney shows (such as Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil) and is best known as the creator of The Loud House, also from Nickelodeon. He has worked on Hey Arnold! as a storyboard director, prop designer, background designer and character designer during its first season.
On October 17, 2017, Savino was suspended and two days later fired from Nickelodeon after numerous allegations of sexual misconduct, with his behavior being around for at least a decade. Nickelodeon confirmed that his show The Loud House would go on without his involvement.
