Charles Michael "Charlie" Adler (born October 2, 1956, in Boston, Massachusetts) Is an American voice actor and voice director who provided the voice for the Tv Announcer in the episode Weighing Harold. Some of his best-known roles include Buster Bunny in Tiny Toon Adventures, the titular main characters and the Red Guy in Cow & Chicken and I Am Weasel, Ed and Bev Bighead in Rocko's Modern Life, Ned the Baboon in Disney’s Jungle Cubs, and Ickis in Aaahh Real Monsters!.
