Carlos Alazraqui is an American actor. His well-known roles include Mr. Crocker in The Fairly OddParents, Rocko Wallaby and Spunky in Rocko's Modern Life, Lazlo and Clam in Camp Lazlo and Ricochet in iMucha Lucha! for the first two seasons before he was replaced by Jason Marsden for the third season.
