Sunset Arms' Hallway/Arnold's Room[]
(The episode begins where Suzie and Oskar are arguing inside the boarding house)
Suzie
- Oh, Oskar! How can you ask me for more money? What happened to the two-hundred dollars I gave you yesterday?
Oskar
- Uh, what two-hundred dollars?
Suzie
- You know very well what two-hundred dollars!
(Arnold is seen finishing his model of the solar system for a science project as he can't stand the commotion going on)
Oskar
- Oh, yeah, I remember. Some guys, they robbed me on the subway.
Suzie
- (enraged) That's not true!
Oskar
- (not being completely honest) Okay, I lost it.
Suzie
- (groans and pushes him out) Oskar! Oskar, I've had it. Things aren't working out between us. I want you out!
Oskar
- But, Suzie, you know I love you.
Suzie
- (throws folded blankets at him) You love yourself, Oskar! I'm just second place!
Oskar
- What's wrong with second place? That's pretty good.
Suzie
- Well, it's not good enough for me. I'm changing my life, Oskar. I'm sticking up for myself. I'm tired of your excuses and your lies. From now on, I'm gonna make it on my own! (slams the door, which makes Arnold's project effectively destroyed, and thus, makes him growl in frustration)
Oskar
- (stunned and saddened) Suzie, what about me? Where am I going to sleep? (as a response, Suzie throws a pillow and teddy bear at him. After that, he sighs sadly)
(Fade in to the next scene where Oskar knocks on Ernie's door as he answers with annoyance)
Ernie
- What do you want?
Oskar
- Listen, Ernie, you're not gonna believe this, but Suzie kicked me out. Can I stay in your room tonight?
Ernie
- (pretends to be sympathetic) Sure, Oskar... (angrily) ...just as soon as you pay me the 20 bucks you've owed me since CHRISTMAS!!! (slams the door on Oskar while he goes to Mr. Hyunh's door and knocks as the Vietnamese-American answers)
Oskar
- Hey, Mr. Hyunh. How's my Vietnamese-American good buddy, huh? (chuckles and a bit of silence) Listen, Suzie kicked me out and I need a place to stay.
Mr. Hyunh
- (avoiding and unwelcoming) You cannot stay here! You are not a good person! Not a good person at all! (slams the door on Oskar)
Suzie that's it Oskar you'll never change you don't care about anyone but yourself
Oskar was her Problem
Arnold
She's Right you Don't care about anyone but yourself
