Arnold Skelter is a character on Hey Arnold!. He is Miss Felter's fiancé.
In "Crush on Teacher", Gerald mistakenly thought that Arnold was supposed to come over to Miss Felter's house thinking she had a soft spot for him, but it was the Arnold Skelter that was Miss Felter's fiancé.
The combination of his last name and his girlfriend's last name is probably a reference to The Beatles song "Helter Skelter".
